    This is a fantastic opportunity to hear one of the leading voices in the drug policy reform movement. Don’t miss it! Someone of Neill Franklin’s stature does not make it out this way very often. He is in Honolulu for four days, and we are so fortunate to have him in Hilo for one day.

    This is indeed a great opportunity for everyone in the community to learn and broaden their perspective.

    The Mayor, the Police Chief, the Prosecutor, and every Council member needs to make the time hear what Mr Franklin has to say — anything less is dereliction of their duty as public servants.
