Hawaii News — A Grand Jury Indictment For Hawaii State Hospital Escapee Accused Of Murder

images-1Hawaii Prosecuting Attorney, Mitchell D. Roth, announced today that a Grand Jury Indictment was obtained for DAVID TRUE SEAL, for the offense of Murder in the Second Degree of Rory Wick on November 5, 2013. Mr. Seal was arrested and charged soon after the crime. However, his attorney requested a 3 panel medical evaluation to determine his fitness for trial. Mr. Seal is in the custody of the State Department of Public Safety. At the Request of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Joseph Lee, a no bail warrant was granted. The case will be assigned to the Circuit Court for further proceedings.

Prosecutor Roth thanked the community, the Hawai`i Police Department and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Joseph Lee for their efforts in obtaining this indictment.

    LOL… the real sh*t will hit the fan soon enough.

    My friend called crimestoppers to report this guy as a wanted felon from Oahu that had escaped and they did nothing about it.

    Sad this murder could have been prevented had our own crimestoppers acted on a tip they had from my friend.

    If I were the family of the victim… I would sue police for not catching this guy when they could have, and prevented this murder from happening.
